I have to say, despite the relentless doom & gloom from the press about the backlogs & delays etc etc my experience, as an online retailer, has been ..... nowhere near as bad as they say it is.
Every Special Delivery item we despatched turned up as it should have.
1st class mail is taking a couple of days longer on average to arrive.
So, don't believe everything you read, it's - in my experience - business pretty much as usual!
